From the very beginning, Blue Agori aimed to stand out in the local street food scene: our concept—both gastronomically and visually—breaks away from the usual “Greek fast food” stereotypes.

Our menu is designed with the modern consumer in mind, offering well-combinable dishes made exclusively with high-quality ingredients.

It is very important to us that our ingredients are not only of the highest quality but also sourced from Greece, ensuring the most authentic taste experience!

Koranis Stavros, the owner, grew up in Budapest, yet his Greek identity has always remained strong. In line with Greek tradition, a passion for gastronomy has naturally played a central role in his life—a love nurtured and strengthened by his mother’s enthusiastic guidance from childhood. Traditional Greek dishes were never missing from family lunches and gatherings, which always brought together family and friends.
